Who We Are
The Blockchain Legal Institute Foundation (BLIF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to bridging the gap between rapidly evolving blockchain technology and the legal frameworks that govern it. Founded by the creators of the Blockchain Legal Institute (BLI), we bring together a global network of legal professionals, technologists, educators, and industry leaders.
Our mission encompasses promoting legal clarity, supporting innovation within compliant frameworks, advancing education and awareness, and fostering a global perspective on blockchain regulation. Through our Technology Accelerator, we extend this mission to directly support the builders creating tomorrow’s solutions.

Many of these projects demonstrated strong potential to evolve into venture-backed, revenue-generating startups. Teams have continued building beyond the hackathon stage and are actively exploring fundraising and long-term product development. This success inspired the creation of our formal Accelerator Program.
